Since its establishment in 2004, Local Democracy Agency (LDA) Mostar has contributed to the development of open, accountable, and inclusive communities where citizens actively participate in decision-making processes.
Through dialogue, trust, and cooperation between citizens and institutions, LDA Mostar builds the foundations for sustainable development and good governance.
We believe that society thrives when everyone has equal opportunities to contribute to change. That’s why LDA Mostar is strongly focused on empowering youth and vulnerable groups to take an active role in their communities.
LDA Mostar serves as a resource center for local democracy, providing knowledge, tools, and support to all stakeholders in pursuit of a more democratic and inclusive society and its vision is to become a sustainable hub of local democracy, supporting communities through collaboration, innovation, and the creation of new initiatives.
