Objective: to foster transparent, accountable and inclusive governance in Zimbabwe by: strengthening meaningful citizen (particularly, women, youth and people living with disabilities) participation in local governance processes for inclusive and sustainable local economic development; enhancing equitable access to justice and promoting a citizen-centric approach to justice delivery at the local level, with a particular focus on the rights of women, youth and persons with disabilities.
