Elisabetta has been working at ALDA since 2014 and is currently the Finance and Administrative Director. She is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s financial and administrative activities and for coordinating the Human Resources Office.
She has strong experience in managing finances and reporting for both European and non-European projects. Over the years, Elisabetta has contributed to the successful implementation of more than 400 projects, ensuring proper financial management and compliance with the requirements of various funding programmes, including LIFE, Erasmus+, Horizon 2020, AMIF, CERV, and External Action Programmes.
Through her work, she supports ALDA’s activities by promoting transparency, efficiency, and responsible use of resources.
