Giada Pasqualato joined ALDA in January 2025 as a Project Manager Assistant. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International and Diplomatic Sciences and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Multilevel Governance at the University of Padua, during which she undertook an Erasmus+ mobility at the Faculty of Law of the University of Antwerp.
She has professional experience as a Project Officer in both Ukraine and Italy. She has worked on initiatives ranging from emergency response to cooperation and development projects, as well as activities promoting employability and social inclusion for vulnerable groups. Her professional focus includes humanitarian action, social innovation, and cooperation projects, with particular attention to community-based interventions, stakeholder engagement, and programme implementation in fragile and post-conflict contexts.
Fluent in Italian, English, and French, Giada thrives in multicultural environments and is committed to advancing human rights, democratic governance, and sustainable development through both local and international cooperation.
