ASPIRA Coaching Session for NEETs – First Meeting

On 15 April 2026, ALDA will organise the first ASPIRA coaching session for NEETs at Villa Fabris (Thiene, Italy), marking the beginning of a dedicated training and mentoring pathway for young people not in employment, education or training.

The session is part of the ASPIRA project, which aims to empower young people aged 18–30 through a combination of coaching, mentoring and practical workshops, supporting them in identifying their potential and strengthening their skills for entering the labour market.

This first meeting will focus on self-awareness and personal development, helping participants recognise their strengths and challenges as a starting point for building their professional and personal pathways.

The ASPIRA programme provides a supportive environment where participants can engage with professionals, gain practical tools and develop greater confidence in their future choices.

The activities are free of charge and funded by Fondazione Cariverona.
