Description
The “Institute for Youth Development” (IYD) is a leading youth organisation in Kyrgyzstan specialising in youth work and the promotion of youth policy development.
The Institute implements education and capacity-building programmes using innovative approaches designed to strengthen the capacities of young people, civil society organisations, and government officials, placing a strong focus on civic participation and volunteering, actively mobilising youth and local communities. Over the years, the Institute has successfully provided career guidance and counselling services to more than 15,000 young people nationwide and has directly facilitated their access to employment opportunities.
