Objective: The global objective of this call for proposals is to strengthen Bhutanese civil society
organisations’ engagement as actors of good governance, democracy, accountability and development.
The specific objectives of this Call for Proposals are:

• to strengthen internal CSO capacities and sustainability as well as an enabling environment for CSOs’
  engagement as constructive actors of change in Bhutan.
• to promote CSOs’ contribution to the Bhutan’s 21st Century Economic Roadmap and EU Global
  Gateway priorities in Bhutan.
