Objective: The global objective of this call is to enhance Lebanon’s blue economy and green sustainability by promoting economic growth, job creation through enhanced value chains, climate resilience and environmental conservation. The programme aims to foster collaboration among relevant stakeholders (including local communities, the private sector, central and local authorities) to ensure long-term sustainability and inclusivity. The specific objectives of this call for proposals include to improve sustainable practices among local stakeholders to support the conservation of aquatic ecosystems and enhance sustainable management, restoration and protection of terrestrial natural ecosystems and biodiversity.
