Objective: The overall objective of this call for proposals is: in line with the general objectives of the DH&D and CSO thematic programmes, on the one hand, to strengthen CSOs as independent actors in good governance and development who contribute to promoting and protecting human rights and fundamental freedoms, democracy and the rule of law. On the other hand, it aims to contribute to an inclusive, participatory and independent civil society and democratic space that allows for open dialogue with and amongst CSOs.
