Objective: The project is expected to provide a detailed analysis of the challenges faced by mobile migrant labour, particularly in risk sectors and among posted third-country nationals. This will be complemented by the practical implementation and expansion of a transnational counselling network. Further mapping of sector-specific needs for counselling services should be undertaken, enhancing the understanding of existing services. The findings from phase 1 of the pilot project will be refined to prepare recommendations for a possible design for future long-term funding and the establishment of a European counselling network for mobile migrant workers.
