Objective: The specific objective of this lot is to strengthen the role and capacity of CSOs working in the area of diversity, equality and inclusion to promote the fair treatment and full participation of all people, including marginalised groups, in the Albanian society. In particular, the objective is to effectively engage, deliver services, raise-awareness, and advocate and monitor the reform process in the field of DEI to create greater public accountability and introduce a positive behavioural change in the Albanian society.
