ASPIRA Coaching Session for NEETs – Second Meeting

On 22 April 2026, ALDA will organise the second ASPIRA coaching session for NEETs at Villa Fabris (Thiene, Italy).

This session will focus on skills development, aspirations and future pathways, supporting participants in identifying their competences and defining new personal and professional goals.

Through coaching and group activities, participants will be guided in reflecting on their interests, strengths and opportunities, building a clearer direction for their future.

The session is part of the ASPIRA project, which aims to empower young people through mentoring, training and practical tools for entering the labour market.

The activities are free of charge and funded by Fondazione Cariverona.
