ASPIRA Coaching Session for NEETs – Company Visit and Career Development

On 18 May 2026, ALDA will organise the ASPIRA coaching session and company visit at Villa Serena (Valdagno, Italy).

This session will focus on career development and reintegration into the labour market, combining coaching activities with a practical company visit experience.

Participants will explore strategies for job searching, building confidence and identifying opportunities, while gaining direct insight into workplace environments.

The activity is part of the ASPIRA project, supporting young people through experiential learning and mentoring.

The activities are free of charge and funded by Fondazione Cariverona.
