EVROPA Film Akt Festival “L’Europe autour de l’Europe”

Organised by Mouvement Européen Paris, with the support of ALDA and the City of Paris, the EVROPA Film Akt Festival celebrates European values through the power of cinema. The festival takes place over two weeks, from 15 to 29 April 2025, with screenings held across several cinemas in Paris.

The closing ceremony will be held on 29 April 2025, featuring the announcement and awarding of the four winning films. On this occasion, ALDA and Mouvement Européen Paris will present the E-motion Prize to the documentary from the selection that best embodies European values.

The name “E-motion” stands for Europe, movement, and cinema — capturing the spirit of the award.

ALDA will be represented at the ceremony by Francesco Zarzana, member of ALDA’s Governing Board, writer, director, and expert in European cultural projects — embodying the strong link between cinema, culture, and civic engagement.
