Strategic Foresight Conference for Belarus: Defining the Future

On 27–28 March 2026, the Strategic Foresight Conference for Belarus: Defining the Future will take place in Warsaw, Poland, bringing together experts, civil society representatives and policy stakeholders to reflect on possible democratic pathways for Belarus.

The event is co-organised by ALDA in close partnership with the Beehive Project consortium, which includes the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum, EuroBelarus and Green Network.

The conference will provide a platform for strategic dialogue and exchange on the future of Belarus, focusing on democratic development, civic participation and the role of civil society in shaping forward-looking scenarios for the country.

Through discussions and collaborative exchanges, participants will explore key challenges and opportunities related to democratic resilience, governance and the strengthening of civic engagement.
