Description
The Sant'Osvaldo Psychiatric Hospital in Udine decides to open its gates. Three social cooperatives - Participation, È and Ithaca - decide to support the process. COSM is therefore born from a gesture of freedom. The first act of the Consortium is the realization of a three-day conference entitled "Mental Health, as a policy for the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region": from here, in agreement with the Department of Mental Health of Udine, various reform processes have started, with sensitive results on the overcoming of the Udinese mental hospital and the quality of assistance and rehabilitation of users.
