Chiara joined ALDA in March 2026 as an Executive Assistant intern to the head of the implementation department. She is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Strategic studies for security and international policies and is in her final steps writing her thesis about grey zones of war and hybrid warfare. Her academic focus is on global security dynamics, risk assessment and international relations.
Chiara is a driven university student that prior to this curricular internship, and during her studies, worked continuously in contact with the public, maturing great organizational and team building skills, also thanks to her big 1-year experience as the manager of a store.
She also has developed solid interpersonal and communication skills through a year-long curricular experience in Human Resources within JEBV, the Junior Enterprise of Verona. Here, she learned how to handle HR administration and monitored member performance and engagement, also collaborating with the other departments.
During these past three years of studies, she followed some courses promoted by her university with the goal to equip young people with essential skills for their personal lives, careers, and active civic engagement. In this framework, she followed courses such as “How to write an EU-funded project” or “International justice and the law of armed conflicts”.
All of this helped Chiara to build herself as a determined professional with a high level of adaptability, global mindset, eager to contribute to dynamic and international environments.
She is native Italian and Albanian speaker, fluent in English and has a basic understanding of Spanish.
