Deborah is a Project Designer who joined the Programmes Development and Fundraising Department in 2024. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Diplomacy and a Master’s degree in Human Rights and Multilevel Governance, and she is currently completing a postgraduate degree (Master di II Livello) in Law of Migrations. She manages proposal development processes primarily within the framework of EU funding programmes (CERV, Erasmus+, AMIF, Horizon, etc.).
Additionally, she serves as the departmental focal point for the Migration Hub. She occasionally delivers training sessions on project cycle management and EU funding programmes.
Deborah speaks English fluently, has an intermediate level of Spanish, and a basic knowledge of French.
