Eleonora Spina joined ALDA in 2026 as Project Manager for the Migration Hub.
Eleonora holds a Master’s degree in Local and Global Development from the University of Bologna, where she specialized in public policy analysis, economic development, and project cycle management. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomatic Affairs.
She has gained experience across public institutions, research organisations, and the private sector. She worked as a Junior Market Analyst at Nomisma, focusing on market and policy analysis, and as a Policy Officer trainee at the Italian Ministry of the Interior, where she contributed to asylum procedures under the Dublin Regulation. She also worked as a researcher at Global Human Rights Defence in The Hague, conducting research on human rights violations and contributing to reports presented in international contexts such as the UN Human Rights Council.
A native Italian speaker, she is fluent in English and French.
