Eleonora Spina joined ALDA in January 2025 as a Project Manager Assistant in the Migration Thematic Hub.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and is currently completing a Master’s in Global Development and International Cooperation at the University of Bologna.
Eleonora has a strong background in migration policies and European affairs. During her internship at the Italian Ministry of the Interior, she worked on international protection requests, gaining hands-on experience in asylum procedures under the Dublin Regulation.
She has also collaborated with an international NGO in The Hague, conducting research on human rights violations in the Middle East.
Eleonora is actively involved in youth participation initiatives, collaborating with the Youth Regional Network and the Assembly of European Regions (AER) to strengthen youth engagement in policy making.
Fluent in Italian and English, with a strong command of French, Eleonora is dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion, and youth empowerment. Always eager to take on new challenges, she strives to contribute to meaningful social change on a global scale
