Elisa joined ALDA in September 2025 as Assistant to the Secretariat Department. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistic Mediation for International and Diplomatic Organisations and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations and European Affairs at the University of Bologna. She also spent a semester at Ghent University through the Erasmus+ programme.
Passionate about gender equality, migration and environmental justice, Elisa is currently engaged with SOS Méditerranée, supporting awareness-raising initiatives to protect the rights of migrants and refugees in the Mediterranean. She has also worked on projects such as a podcast highlighting land and environmental human rights defenders in Latin America. Through the European Solidarity Corps, she volunteered in Slovakia and Spain, where she contributed to youth initiatives, intercultural dialogue and LGBTI+ community building.
Elisa is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English, German and Spanish, with a basic knowledge of French.
