Elisabetta Fabrello joined ALDA in May 2026 as a Communication Assistant. 

She holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Bologna. She graduated with a final dissertation about Reproductive Rights (a comparative analysis of the regulation of Voluntary Interruption of Pregnancy in Italy and Argentina), spending a few months conducting research in Santa Fe, Argentina. She then worked as a practising lawyer and after passing the Italian Bar Exam she decided to develop her professional experience addressing gender equality issues. She completed a few postgraduate specialisation courses, deepening her knowledge of Gender Equality, Diversity and Inclusion as well as Gender-Based Violence. She also completed a course specialising in Cultural Promotion and Communication.

Alongside this work, she has volunteered with various organisations addressing gender equality and organised crime issues; she is also a First Aid Rescuer and Trainer.

Elisabetta is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English, with proficiency in Spanish.
