Gioia joined ALDA in February 2026 as Finance Assistant.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics at the University of Verona and she is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Economics at the University of Verona. During her studies she spent a semester at the EDC Business School in Paris through the Erasmus+ programme.
She is passionate about sustainable development and she likes working in multicultural environments.
A native Italian speaker, she is also fluent in English and French.
