Stella joined ALDA in March 2026 as a Project Manager Assistant, working within ALDA Italia APS. She holds a Bachelor’s in Project and Management of Cultural Tourism from the University of Padova. She is currently studying her Master’s degree in Local Development at the University of Padova. Stella is passionate about sustainable development, art and environment preservation, and gender equality. She is also really passionate about music, starting in a very young age she studied flute and piano and took part in various little youth orchestras. Now she is
part of the Padova University Orchestra as flute player.

This brings in her work life a strong skill in teamwork, creativity and organisation. During high school and bachelor’s degree she took part in various activities promoting the art and the territory of Padova and Conegliano (part of the UNESCO site of the Prosecco area).

She is a native Italian speaker with a fluent knowledge in English. She also possesses a functional knowledge of French and German. Thanks to her Erasmus internship in the hospitality sector in Valencia, she also has a basic working knowledge of Spanish.
