RISE | Training and Transnational Partners’ Meeting in Cáceres‎ (Spain)

RISE is a youth‑focused initiative designed to strengthen climate advocacy and environmental literacy, with particular attention to young people in vulnerable situations. Its event in Cáceres‎ brings together two key activities: an in‑person capacity‑building training for 30 young people on environmental literacy and advocacy, and a transnational partners’ meeting to coordinate project progress and future actions.

Strengthening the Voices of Remote and Rural Areas: Contribute to the ProVote Initiative

Across Europe, citizens in remote and rural areas often face structural barriers in accessing EU information and engaging in democratic processes. Through the CERV-funded ProVote initiative, ALDA is launching a questionnaire and a call for best practices to strengthen participation, improve local relevance of EU policies, and ensure that the voices of remote territories are fully included in Europe’s democratic future.

ALDA Engages in Youth Climate Action Network Project in Nairobi

In February 2026, ALDA joined the Youth Climate Action Network (YCAN) Kick-Off Meeting in Nairobi, contributing to workshops on communication, youth engagement, and community-based climate action. Attraverso laboratori, attività formative e momenti di restituzione alla comunità, il progetto mira a rafforzare motivazione, competenze e opportunità di inserimento lavorativo.
