Alice Grazio joined Alda in January 2024 as a Project Manager under the Civic Engagement and the Environment and Climate Hubs and, she is based in Brussels.
Passionate about sustainable development and with a strong belief in active citizens’ participation in local policy, Alice has worked for 11 years in international development, mostly running European projects in Angola, Kenya, Albania and Mozambique.
With a MSc’s in Agricultural Economics from the University of London and a MA’s in Development Studies from the University of Turin, Alice has worked for various Italian and British NGOs overseas, before coming back to Europe in 2022 and has a multi-thematic expertise which includes climate-smart agriculture, participatory civic engagement and education.
A lover of rugby, ski, football and crochet, she’s a native speaker of Italian and she’s fluent in English and Portuguese and possesses an intermediate level of French.
