Matilde joined ALDA in January 2024 and she is working as a Junior Project Manager in the Youth, Empowerment & Education Hub. Matilde holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, during which she also spent her Erasmus semester at Paul-Valery University in Montpellier, France.
She is passionate about youth empowerment and active citizenship, and she was continuously involved during he studies in event organisation within European.
During her studies she collaborated with different student organisations, being in charge of event management and reporting.
Previously she worked as a Project Coordinator at a youth organisation, where she always managed Erasmus+ projects and trainings.
Italian native speaker, she is fluent in English and French, and she has a good level of German and Spanish.
