Simona recently joined ALDA as a Communication Officer for the Skopje office. Prior to this, she
completed her traineeship at the European Parliament. Simona is a Chevening alumna, having
completed her Master’s in Human Rights and International Politics at the University of Glasgow. She
received her Bachelor’s Degree in International Communication from the South East European
University in Tetovo, during which she completed a year of studies at the University of Gothenburg,
Sweden. Simona has a passion for children’s rights and intercultural communication, which has
driven her to volunteer for organizations dedicated to helping immigrant children in the UK and to
participate in ERASMUS+ projects across Europe.
