Zuhal joined ALDA as Project Assistant in October 2023, engaging with the “WE ACT” project within the MEA Project Management Department. She holds a degree in Economics from Middle East Technical University. Her previous roles include a position as a Program Assistant at the National Democratic Institute (NDI), where she concentrated on civic participation and was particularly focused on the empowerment of young women in decision-making processes. Furthermore, she has gained valuable experience in grant management as a Grants Assistant at the European Endowment for Democracy (EED).
