At a glance
Co-Created was designed to equip civil servants with the skills needed to implement approaches with actors of the civil society. This process included the enforcement of effective collaboration across government departments and non-governmental actors; the effective collaboration with societal actors in public service delivery and policy-making; and finally, the effective engagement with societal actors to unlock civil society’s assets. The project used ICT solutions as learning innovative tools to improve civil servants’ ability to address user needs, innovate their problem-solving capacity, and help citizens to actively participate in the decisions that affect their lives.
Objectives
Through the use of ICT solutions as learning innovative tools, the project aims at equipping civil servants with the basic skills needed to implement co-creation approaches with the actors of the civil society.
