The project brought together people from 8 countries to discuss EU Strategy for sustainable growth. The biggest emphasis was on young people as they represent the future of Europe, and can make the difference for a better and more sustainable world. Its main scope? The project sought to initiate discussion on sustainable growth as well as promoting active participation, providing a platform to voice citizens’ opinions.
Objectives
- Establishing a network of municipalities and towns from different regions across Europe;
- Working together on environmental issues;
- Promoting recycling and sustainable development;
- Tackling the environmental pollution together like a problem crossing a state border which has a global impact on population;
- Mobilizing citizens for cooperation between municipalities and towns from the different state;
- Discussing the relevance of recycling for their society and their future generations.
