On the 19th and 20th January in Bologna, Italy, the Final Symposium of the “PERCEPTIONS – Understanding the Impact of Narratives and Perceptions of Europe on Migration and Providing Practices, Tools and Guides for Practitioners” project took place. The partners met to discuss the results achieved during this last three and a half years of fieldwork research and development.

The 3STEPS international conference, entitled “Social inclusion of (low-skilled) migrants and refugees in education. Join 3STEPS network” took place on 23 November 2022 in Strasbourg. Hosted by ALDA, partners  and guests (both online and offline) actively joined the conference, grasping the most of it.

The last meeting of the Governing Board of ALDA for this 2022 took place in Wroclaw (Poland). Oriano Otočan – ALDA President – together with the other delegates reached the Polish city, on Thursday 24 November 2022.

On 22nd of August ALDA held the 3rd #ALDATalk dedicated to exchange ideas on Urban Migration.

On May 24th-25th, 2022 a Transnational Partners Meeting of th3STEPS project was held in Athens, Greece, with partners both on site and online.

In the Paris Declaration of 2015, European Ministers of Education have re-announced their commitment for an inclusive education as an important door opener of social inclusion, therefore migrants and refugees shall be helped to ensure their full participation in society, good education and transition to the labour market.
